"Time wasting"

A review of McDonalds Restaurants Ltd by Leemarc written on Friday 16th of December 2016

Since its close by me, I tend to always get breakfast during the week at about 7.15am. Considering it opens at 7am, you would think that the service will be fast even when there is no queue.

The staff are slow and can't be bothered that at that time of the morning, people are rushing to get to work. It took the staff 10mins to get me just a breakfast wrap.no drinks.and they didn't even have the courtesy to apologise for the delay despite me being the only car at the drive through.

It is a regular occurrence and I just feel the customer service is poor.

I guess I will have to try the subway nearby who always has a smile to offer.
