"Bad experience"

Booked my holiday in the store. As soon as I put a deposit they don't wanna know you. I had to telephone on several occasions and all they did is promised to call back. Prepare to wait a few days as they are always too busy.

It's upsetting that you are just a number for them. Seriously bad customer service.

Had a problem during my holiday and 3 weeks after still trying to get in touch with a travel shop person who sold or mis sold me the cruise. I wished I never booked with them..
