A review of Nehemiah Housing Association by Sarah written on Friday 2nd of March 2018
Living in a Nehemiah property with a insecure front and back door. they have been out and declared it fit for purpose, despite a crime prevention report saying other wise. I have a disabled child who can get out without effort. the front door shows so much daylight around it it is impossible to kep the property wrong. Next door has had a new front and back door, even though nothing was obviously wrong.
Now I have a faulty heater which is going to take 2 weeks to fix. you try to ring and they either hang up or say they will ring back, but never do.poor show.
poor / non existent repair service and staff that don't care, think moving is my only option..
