Over Easter weekend I decided to take advantage of the 20% off offer! Unfortunately due to glitch I duplicated order! When I went into Dudley street store to collect ! I thought it would be straight forward when I explained what happened! NO ! Julie assistant manager made it as difficult as possible , by instructing me to find pdf file before she could refund ! After not being able to find it on the email she decided she could do it after all just useing the order number ! She then said well I saw you in here on Saturday so why didn’t you buy them then! Not a good day in Clarks Wolverhampton!.
