A review of Ansome Blinds by Brown ting. written on Thursday 5th of July 2018

Having used Ansome blinds a number of years ago I was impressed by the quality of the vertical blinds. However, there was an issue resulting in my window being cracked whilst installing the blind. It took A LOT of chasing to get it resolved. Based on quality only I decided to use Ansome again in June 2018. The blinds were fitted into existing brackets and the hooks were front facing instead of downward facing. A request had to be made to straighten them. Also the operating mechanisms were put on the wrong side both up and downstairs. The downstairs one was identified before the fitter left and refitted. A call was made about correcting the upstairs one but it"s July now and there has been no response despite a promise to correct it.

I will not be chasing Ansome blinds again but would like to warn other customers to ensure that all is to perfection prior to parting with any money because in my experience once money is exchanged, customer service is nil..
