"Poor repair"

I phoned in a week ago about a unusable toilet I'm still waiting for it to be fixed I'm 29 weeks pregnant and they told me that I have to use a bucket to pee in while I wait can't believe they expect a pregnant woman to get up and down to a bucket level not to mention that I also have three children under the age of 10 at the property aswell

I've lived at the house now 7 years and I've not rang in with many repairs.
